Scale house started in 2013 with only one product line of Weighing Equipment. Bangladeshi customers were just shifting from using Manual Weighing Scales to Digital Weighing Scales. Very few businesses offered Digital Weighing Scales at that time. This provided us with the opportunity to become the pioneers in introducing the use of Digital Weighing Scales. Within a period of one and a half years, Scale House was able to fully penetrate the market of weighing scales for both industrial and commercial customers, and was able to create over one hundred distributers all over Bangladesh. By the end of 2015 Scale House became one of the biggest whole seller and retailer of weighing scales in Bangladesh.

We introduced the Lifting Equipment line at the beginning of 2015. Bangladesh economy was in very good shape and lots of new factories and warehouses were being built. Also, there was lot of construction works in both private and government sectors all over Bangladesh. With proper marketing activities Scale House was able to tap in to those customers and in a short time gain popularity. In time we learned that to stay in the business and to lead the market for Weighing Scales and Lifting Equipment the most important aspect was after sales service and the ability to provide spare parts. We stored huge stocks of spare parts and hired specialized engineers who provided 24/7 on site after sales service This created tremendous increase in our brand image and sales.

We have also introduced Welding Equipment, Garage Equipment, Packaging Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, Power Tools, Air Compressors, Insulation and other Building Materials over the past three years and all of these products have a very good market demand.
